Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring the garment is folded gently to prevent damage to the delicate knitwork.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
